Rebuild of Evangelion is the best thing ever since the original anime. Sagisu Shirou's new soundtrack is a little cheesy, but epic nonetheless. Evangelion needed more choirs.

I first listened to this song while playing Stepmania, a Dance Dance Revolution clone for PC. It had a Hellsing-themed background, so I always think of Alucard when I listen to this.

Mozart's Requiem is one of the greatest pieces of classical music of all time. This movement, Rex Tremendae Majestatis, is pretty epic by itself, but I'm a sucker for metal renditions of classical pieces.
